I think Goldilocks looked at the metrics on the number of blondes eaten by bears per year and concluded that the level of risk was, indeed, an acceptable LOW.
I don’t think she looked at the number of blondes eaten by bears while in the midst of performing home intrusions. That metric would have shown a different picture.
